摘要
The new energy industry, which relies on technological breakthroughs, has developed rapidly in recent years. While it is developing rapidly, it is also facing many challenges in technology, materials, processes etc., especially request high demands on new materials or material surface treatments. As a surface treatment technology for advanced materials, PVD&PECVD technology can prepare nano-films with stronger density, higher bonding strength, higher oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance performances. Therefore, it plays a more and more important role in various domains of new energy, especially for nuclear energy, hydrogen fuel cells, PEM(Proton Exchange Membrane) etc. As a deep-rooted player in the vacuum coating industry, Shanghai Full-E Vacuum Equipment Co., Ltd. has been dedicated to the development of independent vacuum coating equipment and advanced nano-films coating processes. While completing the independent R&D of PVD equipment and continuous innovation of core components such as anode ion sources, various cathodes, and arc sources,high performance PVD power supplies, we continue to increase investment in research on various engineering applications of high-performance nano-films coatings in the field of new energy. Currently, we have developed the ATF(Accident Tolerant Fuel) coating with CNNC, launched third-generation hydrogen fuel cell bipolar plate "C" coating, PEM diffusion layer film layer, etc., which have helped the rapid development of the new energy industry.
